HOW TO ORDER

Our pottery is handcrafted and we are proud of the slight variations in color, size, and texture which occur naturally. Clay and glazes are blended from natural earths and minerals and may vary considerably from order to order. Each mug shape, capacity, and weight is a limited run and may also change without notice.

Due to the unpredictable nature of drying and firing clay we CANNOT promise delivery by exact deadlines although we will do our best to meet your requirements. Please plan ahead--due to the possibility of kiln losses, it can take as much as 6-8 weeks (not including shipping time) to complete some orders.

RETAIL:

We are happy to sell any of our custom designs retail mail order. Call us with credit card information to order. All mugs are $19 plus shipping. We ship UPS ground or air; ground shipping for one mug ranges from $5.25 (Montana) to $6.50 (East Coast). Two mugs ranges from $5.50 to $7.25, so the more you buy the cheaper the shipping per mug.

WHOLESALE:

Our wholesale prices are keystoned to the above MSRP. We will extend net/30 terms to customers with approved credit or we accept VISA MasterCard, Discover or AMEX. Since the credit approval process can take some time, a credit card number is recommended for your first order. Pre-payment is, of course, always welcome. Custom or name-dropped orders do require a 50% down payment. Glaze color substitutions are possible with many of the designs, please ask for availibility.

Because there are naturally some losses in the pottery process, the number of pieces shipped may not match your order exactly. We usually ship seconds with orders to fill up boxes at no cost to you. Guaranteed quantities are available for a small extra charge. Order shortages of 4 mugs or fewer will not normally be back-ordered unless you specify otherwise. Average turn around time on orders is 2-3 weeks, but occasionally 3-4 weeks in late spring through mid-summer.
